This is an open top enema, which means the top remains open and the water exits the bottom of the bag. These style of bags are easier to fill and refill, but they can spill once full. A hanger hook is provided to keep it upright.
Please note that because the hose included in this kit is not very flexible, fitting it with third-party nozzles will require a fair bit of hand strength and dexterity.
